What is iProp? iProp is a powerful tool that is designed to maximize the exposure of your listings on the Internet with a minimum of time and expense
Who uses iProp? iProp is for real estate professionals, their staff and commercial/multi unit residential property owners. We currently do not offer services to the general public directly.
How does iProp work? You login to the secured iProp website and manage your listings. All of this data is stored in a secure database. This information is then pulled from the database by our state-of-the-art publishing system, which creates your listings and sends them to your website(s) and the various listing services.
How is iProp priced? iProp is a subscription-based web application. We bill monthly to a credit card, debit card or EFT.
What are the additional costs or fees from iProp to get started? We do not surcharge for the number of listings you have, the number of updates you have, or the listing services that you want to send to.
I'm an individual agent in a large office/company, can I still use iProp? Yes! You will be configured as an individual agent and be able to control all the things in your account that any other user has access to.
What's the minimum contract length? We don't have one!
Does iProp support multiple offices? Yes. If desired, each office broker/manager will see the properties of the agents within their office only.
How often do you update/upgrade iProp? iProp has a standard enhancement release schedule of once per week.
